Consuelo Salazar Enriquez, 82, of Yuma, Arizona, passed away on December 14, 2025.
She was born on October 10, 1943, in Mexicali. Consuelo was married to Jose Enriquez, with whom she shared a lifelong bond until his passing.
Consuelo was a strong and tireless woman who spent many years working in the agricultural fields. She was a devoted mother who raised her children with love, discipline, and unmatched perseverance, teaching them the value of hard work and unity. She was strong, giving, and the life of the party—always bringing laughter and light wherever she went. She made the best food, cooking from the heart and filling her home with warmth and the unforgettable flavors her family cherished. She loved her family and treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was well known for always having a Coca-Cola with her—a simple trademark that brought smiles to those who loved her.
She is now reunited with her baby Felix and her beloved husband Jose, finding peace together once again.
Consuelo’s legacy of strength, joy, faith and devotion will continue to live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.
