Ernesto A Villegas

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Ernesto Villegas, on Monday, December 9, at the age of 44. He was Born on July 6, 1980 in Yuma, AZ. Ernie’s generous and kind spirit touched everyone he met. He never let life’s challenges hold him back, even when his health declined he expressed his gratitude by cooking healthy foods for us. Ernesto was a passionate musician with a love for the guitar. He will be deeply missed by many of his family and friends. Ernesto is survived by his parents, Leticia and Armando Villegas, his children, Ezequiel, Izabella and Emily, and his siblings, Armando, Lizette and Jazmin. The Villegas family wishes to thank all those who have supported Ernie throughout his life journey. Your support has meant the world to us all. The viewing will be held at Yuma Mortuary on Monday, December 16 at 5pm. If you’d like to send flowers, the family asks for white & red flowers, as these were Ernie's favorites. 

Con el corazón pesado, anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestro querido hijo, Ernesto Villegas, el Lunes 9 de Diciembre a la edad de 44 años. Nació el 6 de Julio de 1980 en Yuma, AZ. El espíritu generoso y amable de Ernie conmovió a todos los que conoció. Nunca dejó que los desafíos de la vida lo detuvieran, incluso cuando su salud empeoró, expresó su gratitud cocinando alimentos saludables para nosotros. Ernesto era un músico apasionado y amante de la guitarra. Muchos de sus familiares y amigos lo extrañarán profundamente. A Ernesto le sobreviven sus padres, Leticia y Armando Villegas, sus hijos, Ezequiel, Izabella y Emily, y sus hermanos, Armando, Lizette y Jazmin. La familia Villegas desea agradecer a todos aquellos que han apoyado a Ernie a lo largo de su vida. Su apoyo ha significado mucho para todos nosotros. El funeral se llevará a cabo en Yuma Mortuary el Lunes 16 de Diciembre a las 5 p.m. Si desea enviar flores, la familia pide flores blancas y rojas, ya que eran las favoritas de Ernie.
