Our beloved mother and devoted wife, Gloria Adelina Pena Garcia, sadly passed away on January 6, 2025 at the age of 74. She was born on April 8, 1950 in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance. She was a great person overall and truly one of a kind. Her death was unexpected, but she passed away peacefully with her husband, children and family by her side in Yuma, Arizona.
Gloria was preceded in death by her mother, Amparo F. Baiza, Father, Fernando Pena, brother, Fernando Pena Floriano, and sisters, Norma Rector and Maria Amparo Pena Floriano. She is survived by her husband, Mario Valenzuela, children, Ricardo Garcia (Denise Beltran), Ilian Gaines (Leonard Judd), Eddie Garcia (Tina Garcia), Alex Garcia (Julia Garcia), Jesus Fuentes, and Ana Fuentes, brother, Juan Pena (Maria Pena), 17 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren (plus one on the way), and extended family and friends.
On behalf of the family, we thank everyone who has reached out to us during this difficult time.
