Leon then served our country in the Marine Corps until receiving his Honorable Discharge in 2011. He started an exemplary sales career in the Atlanta area which allowed him to relocate to the San Diego area where for the last five years was building his life.

Leon is survived by his mother Maria del Carmen, his son Leon Demar ; three sisters Denia , Eloisa and Carmen; brother German, his life partner Ambar Paniagua and his step son Sebastian. Leon was a devoted father, a loving son, sibling, partner and  beloved friend to many. An avid traveler and lover of fast cars. He will always be remembered for being the one to always lend a helping hand, with wanting nothing in return. He wanted to always see those around him do better; a role model to plenty of young men in his life. A mentor. Waking up daily with a smile on his face. We will continue to remember him as such.
