Norita Ann Ayers(Millat) born August 2, 1943 passed away August 29, 2023 at the age of 80 years old. Norita's education included Masters degree in Social Sciences and teacher certification. Norita's commitment to helping and serving others led her into several careers. She was an Army Veteran, a nurse, a school teacher, a missionary and a pastor.
As an Army Veteran, she severed in Alabama, Texas and Kansas. As a nurse, she studied in California and severed in Kansas. As a school teacher, she served Special Needs Students in Louisiana and Texas. As a missionary, she served the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. As a minister with the Assemblies of God, she pastored in Patagonia, Arizona, and Van Horn, Texas.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Charley Edward Ayers who passed in 1997. She is survived by her sister, Karen Fisher, her brothers, Walter Millat and Dennis Millat, and many nephews and nieces.
