Richard C. Mesa

Richard Cortez Mesa, 68, born on March 21st, 1954 in Yuma, Az, passed peacefully at home on January 2nd, 2023. Son of Manuel and Juanita Mesa. He loved to play fast pitch and was always telling jokes. He was survived by his children, Joey Garcia, Crystal Franklin (Joe), Evelyn Lorona, Jared Mesa(Brianna), Nicholas Mesa, Elena Carrasquillo(Daniel), and Julie Cross(Michael). Along with 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also by his brothers Ruben Mesa, Raul Mesa, Robert Mesa, Raymond Mesa, and sisters Becky Mesa, Margie Delgado, Martha Mesa, and Marlene Mesa. Memorial services will be held on January 20th, 2023 from 12pm-3pm at Yuma Mortuary.
