Warren Lamont Albright was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Lincoln Benjamin Albright and Ruby Delilah Allred Albright. He was one of five children raised in a loving family, many of whom have since passed and have been joyfully waiting to welcome him home.

As a young man, Warren joined the United States Air Force, where he served as a sheet metal worker. His military service took him to many places across the world, including New Jersey, Greenland, North Carolina, Vietnam, South Carolina, Texas, Alaska, and California. While on leave, Warren returned home to Idaho, where he met (Edna) DeAnne Metcalf. They were married on June 10, 1960, and shared many years together before parting ways in 1978. Later, in 1986, Warren was briefly married to Frances Ilene Holmes in San Bernardino, California.

After retiring, Warren split his time between Heise, Idaho, and Yuma, Arizona, always following the pleasant weather.

Warren was an active and proud member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, State of Idaho Aerie Club, where he served as State President from 2001 to 2002. He loved being involved in the organization and took great pride in contributing to events across Idaho.

Though Warren had many passions, his greatest and most loyal companions were his beloved dogs. Throughout his adult life, he had a series of nine Dachshunds, all affectionately named Charlie.

Warren was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Jerry Albright, Lee Gordon Albright, Gloria Albright, and Gwen LaFern Albright Summers Wood; and his son, Scott Warren Albright.

He is survived by his daughter, Nancy DeAnne Albright Terrill Stuart, and her husband, Ronald Paul Stuart; his son, Lincoln Gregory Albright; and his grandchildren: Tiffany DeAnne Terrill Knoff Cutler, Christy Marie Terrill Reid and her husband Tyler Ryan Reid, Robert Arthur Terrill, Trevor Michael Terrill, Rachel Albright, Amanda Jane Albright Lueck and her husband Cody Lueck, and Tyler Scott Albright. Warren was also blessed with eight great-grandchildren.

The family will gather privately to celebrate Warren’s life and honor his memory.
